Why this exists
Shipping UI is much cheaper than it used to be. You'd expect that to make deciding what to build easier and less pivotal; paradoxically, the opposite is true. Your users' attention is limited and aggressively competed for. Swamp it with slop and they'll miss the ideas, perspectives, and differentiators you actually have (given you have these; if you don't, that's a bigger problem). Even good-looking slop buries them, and it isn't always good-looking. Engineering cost used to be a natural barrier; now that it's shrunk, there's that much more weight on being deliberate with your UI: what is worth your users' attention, where to be opinionated, and what the opinion is.
Nowhere is that harder than in securing AI. The industry is new and moving fast: customers are still working out what they need, and the stack changes weekly, with new models, platforms, tools, and updates to all of them. This means thousands of big and small decisions for any product team building in the space, many of them about already settled concepts and decisions.
This gallery collects public evidence of how other teams decided, so the settled patterns can be settled quickly and the focus goes where it counts.
